Affiliate disclosure
Affiliate Disclosure
How BatteryCaliber may earn commissions, and how recommendations stay independent.
As an Amazon Associate BatteryCaliber earns from qualifying purchases.
What this means
BatteryCaliber participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. If you buy something through an affiliate link on this site, we may earn a commission. The price you pay is not increased because you used our link.
We may also join other affiliate programs operated by retailers or manufacturers. If we do, we will disclose them on this page and beside any recommendation that uses them.
Current status
BatteryCaliber currently links to Amazon search results for hardware categories (for example, battery monitors or Class T fuse holders) on the Home and Resources pages. These links are labelled “Sponsored” and are not recommendations of specific products. We have not tested, certified or verified the compatibility of any product that appears in those results. If we later recommend specific products, each will be checked against its manufacturer datasheet first and labelled clearly.
How affiliate links will appear
- A plain-language disclosure will appear next to any recommendation that contains affiliate links—not only in the footer.
- The retailer will be clearly named, and links will be marked as sponsored to search engines.
- We will not show invented prices, discounts, stock status, star ratings, reviews or warranty terms.
- We will not describe a product as tested, certified, compatible or approved without retained evidence for that exact claim.
Editorial independence
Commissions never change the calculator’s results. The calculator does not recommend products from your inputs, and selecting a voltage class never triggers a product suggestion. No manufacturer or retailer pays to review, approve or edit our formulas or content.
